A full structural rebuild of an 82,000+ SF industrial complex in the Ybor City historic district. Storm-damaged and failing roof structures were removed and rebuilt in new steel and wood framing, the complex was re-enveloped and re-roofed, and the interior was divided into leasable tenant units with complete building systems — a distressed industrial shell taken to a code-current, income-producing asset, delivered in phases that kept the property productive throughout.
