Stewart Built Construction completed a historic commercial renovation and restaurant buildout for Cheesology in Tampa, FL, adapting an existing urban storefront into a fully operational restaurant space while preserving the character of the original structure. The project involved demolition, framing, updated mechanical and electrical coordination, finish installation, kitchen infrastructure integration, and restoration-sensitive construction within the existing building envelope. The completed space combined modern restaurant functionality with architectural elements that respected the historic context of the property and surrounding district.
