GOLD'S GYM

Stewart Built Construction completed a large-scale commercial fitness renovation for Gold’s Gym in Tampa, FL, transforming the facility into a modernized training environment designed for high daily member traffic and long-term operational durability. The project included demolition and reconstruction of existing interior spaces, installation of new flooring systems, upgraded lighting, custom wall treatments, structural coordination for fitness equipment layouts, and improvements to circulation throughout cardio, strength training, and functional fitness areas. The buildout was executed with a focus on efficiency, durability, and maintaining the industrial character of the space while supporting a premium member experience.
