Stewart Built Construction completed the commercial restaurant buildout for Kaia Bowls in Tampa, FL, delivering a vibrant and efficient fast-casual dining space designed around customer flow and operational performance. The project included framing, MEP coordination, finish installation, service counter construction, flooring, lighting, and seating area integration. Special attention was given to creating a clean, energetic atmosphere that aligned with the brand while ensuring durability and efficiency throughout front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
